Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Locations

From Curb to Home works with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners. Depending on the product purchased and available inventory, orders may be fulfilled and shipped from locations within the United States or from international fulfillment centers.

Because products may be fulfilled by different suppliers, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 15–30 business days for orders within the United States.

During peak shopping periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas holiday season, delivery may take up to 40 days due to increased order volume and carrier delays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, shipping carrier, destination, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

You will have an opportunity to review the total cost of your order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, before submitting payment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow several business days after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to begin updating.
