Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from From Curb to Home. Because our products may be fulfilled by different suppliers, we generally do not require physical returns for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. When eligible, we will provide a refund or replacement as described below.

Refunds or Replacements

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item, color, or size.
  • Your package was lost during delivery.
  • Your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment.

If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. In many cases, you will not be required to return the item.

We may request photographs or other information reasonably necessary to verify the problem.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds generally cannot be provided when:

  • You change your mind or no longer want the item.
  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.
  • A package was refused or left unclaimed.
  • Carrier tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If you believe a package marked as delivered was not received, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate refund or replacement when approved.
